Suddenly Eventually Definitely

Love happens suddenly, eventually, definitely.

Andre and Jeane met when they were pursuing their studies in Melbourne, Australia in 2009 through a mutual friend when they were planning a trip together to Mt. Hotham. The trip ended, but the chemistry was not yet in affect. It wasn't until the prom night at Trinity Foundation that their love story began.

Both Andre and Jeane had a little too much to drink at the prom night. Being a first timer in drinking, Jeane got so drunk that she could not get out of bed and caught a fever for several days straight. Being a kind and caring gentleman, Andre religiously visited Jeane at her apartment with food and nursed her back to tip top shape. As Jamie Foxx once say, “Blame It” on the alcohol. But this time a good thing has happened because of alcohol because those warm and fuzzy feelings began to bloom between the two of them.

As time went by, Andre’s feelings for Jeane grew stronger and he couldn't wait to confess it to her. One fine afternoon Andre asked Jeane if she wanted to be his girlfriend. Jeane was not ready. She panicked and got quiet. They decided to go home and let the whole thing simmer for a moment and approach the matter when Jeane is ready. After taking some time consulting with her friends, Jeane decided to give the relationship a chance. Jeane took that leap of faith, a gamble. Little did she know, she has put all her chips on the right bet.

A strong bond is birthed through triumph over trials and tribulations. Andre suddenly fell sick towards the end of their bachelors’ studies. Come rain, come shine, no matter the time of day, there Jeane was nurturing Andre from bringing him food to screening for apartments for him. She did them all. No task is too hard or tedious when it’s done for love. That’s what Jeane finally feels for him: love.

After ten years of being by each other’s side, they finally decided to tie the knot. Sometimes love might take a while to bloom. We may go through our own growth to fully realize the one person we love is standing in front of us all along. We may even get foolish and try our luck with someone new. But then we realize that there is no one better. When we have found the one person for us, there’s no running away because love will find its way back to us definitely, eventually, suddenly.
